  • Who are we?
    We are ticket brokers, we have no affiliation with Admission or other ticket dealers.
  • What is advantage in purchasing tickets from us?

    With us, you may purchase quality tickets to shows and events that might be otherwise "sold out"

  • How can you take possession of your tickets?
    You are welcome to pick up your tickets at our offices,  one in St-Eustache and  the other  in Châteauguay.  We also deliver tickets  by our messenger service or by Express poste. Tickets are delivered to your domicile or to your office with a maximum delay of 4 working days (Canada)! Please notice that it could have a delay between your order and the sending.
  • Do you accept credit cards?
    Yes. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.
  • What is a VIP ticket?

    A ticket which is considered V.I.P offers certain advantages than that of a regular ticket.  This advantage varies from one artist to another. You may contact our office to inquire about these advantages.

  • What is a discount ticket?
    Discount tickets are tickets you will pay LESS for than you would at your ticket outlet.  Prices are given for a pair of tickets of a specific date  However with purchase,  the price is modified to meet the delivery requirements of the customer. For the discount tickets, you can folowus on TWITTER and FACEBOOK.
  • Group Tickets ?
    Fixed rates of groups are sometimes available for certain events. These fixed rates give you discounts which can vary from one event to the other one and also vary according to the chosen venues. Discounts for seating in the rear of a room will differ from discounts for more advanced seats.  To be eligible as group you must simply be more than 20 people. Contact our customer service department for more precise information.
  • Dinner Show
    Certain events include a supper with the show, it is then necessary to make sure you arrive at a suitable time to be able to benefit from the special evening.
  • Prices are in what monetary currency?
    The prices are shown in Canadian dollars which include brokerage fees. Taxes are extra.

  • Why 514-Tickets.com does not show the seat numbers ?
    This policy is for the discretion of our sellers. You will immediately receive your seat numbers once your purchase is completed.
  • Why is the price on the ticket not the same as the price i am paying?
    Since we are ticket brokers, we buy and resell according to our customer demand, therefore the price indicated on the ticket is higher due to brokerage fees.  Simular tickets may also vary in price depending on where our tickets were obtained, the popularity of the event and the number of tickets available.
  • Why is it not possible to receive our tickets by regular poste?
    It has been our experience in the past that sending tickets by regular post is not practical for the customer or our company.  Tickets left in mailboxes may get lost or stolen.  To avoid this situation we have opted to prevent this from occuring by sending your purchase by Canada express post or by Fedex, thus making your purchase easy for you to track.
  • I am not comfortable using the internet, is your site secure?
    Since the existance of our company, we have worked dilegently to ensure that our website www.514-billets.com is very professional and extremely secure for our customers. Do not hesitate to be confident while using our website, however you are welcome to call us at anytime to place your order.
  • Why is the price shown today different from the price i paid earlier?
    This can happen if we have more tickets than expected in our inventory. In this case the prices are reduced to sell our tickets more rapidly in a shorter period of time. With a ticket broker it is not unusual for prices to vary from date to date and event to event.
  • Is it possible to sell my tickets through 514-billets.com?
    Yes it is possible to sell your tickets through 514-tickets.com.  You simply need  to fill in the form available under the section 'Sell your tickets'. If we are in need of your tickets, someone from our office will contact you to discuss the availability of your tickets and pricing etc.
  • How may i purchase tickets if i do not have a credit card?
    If you do not have a credit card, it is still possible to make a purchase with us. You need to call our office at 514-245-5387 to make arrangements to pickup up your tickets at one of our offices either in Chateauguay or St-Eustache at which time payment of cash or interac are options. We also have a messenger service for a fee of 15$ (in the Montreal area) which enables you to pay cash to our messenger at the time of delivery of your tickets.
  • Why am I not able to choose 2 tickets when there are 3 available?
    Due to a very small need for single tickets, we prefer to sell our tickets in pairs and not break a package of 3.
  • If I fill in a reservation form, what can i expect?
    If you fill in a reservation form with us, our staff will be happy to contact you, offering you tickets that we have available.  This reservation is available for events that are taking place where there is not enough time to send the tickets to you via canada express post or fedex.  At this time our representatives will offer you other delivery methods to ensure you are able to attend your event.
  • Are prices indicated on your website for ONE or MORE tickets ?
    The prices indicated on our website are the prices per indiviual ticket.
  • I received my e-mail confirmation yet i still do not see the seat numbers.
    After your purchase is complete you will have access to your seat numbers. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with an attachement of the exact invoice that will accompany your tickets upon delivery. If you have any questions concerning your invoice, please do not hesitate to contact us at 514-245-5387.
  • Why am i not able to pickup my tickets directly at the venue ?
    Because we are ticket brokers, we frequently purchase tickets from other re-sellers which gives 514-tickets access to the tickets immediately. With this policy, we may garantee that the tickets purchased are valid tickets originating from the official sellers.
  • Is it possible to return my tickets if i am not able to attend the event ?
    Depending on the time remaining before the actual event, we will help out where possible, however please understand that this may not always be possible due to the fact that our policy is that all sales are final.
  • What is the advantage of being a part of our priority waiting list?
    Being a part of our priority waiting list was created for 514-tickets.com to be able to keep customers and subscribers up to date on selected events as soon as possible.
