Danforth Music Hall
Originally built as a cinema in 1919, the building was first known as Allen’s Danforth, after its owner, the Allen Theater
Chain.
The theater acquired the name Danforth Music Hall when it began presenting shows in the late 1970s.
The venue was renamed “The Danforth Music Hall” in 2011 when Impresario Inc. took ownership.
Remodeled and renovated, the DMH is now a major concert attraction with a capacity of up to 1,427 seats and featuring both international and local artists.
