Burton Cummings Theatre

Originally known as the Walker Theatre, the Burton Cummings Theatre for Performing Arts was built in 1907 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. In 2002, the theater was renamed in honour of musician Burton Cummings, a Winnipeg native and former lead singer of The Guess Who.
 
The theater was built to accommodate ballet, opera and Broadway style shows in Winnipeg. The capacity of the auditorium is 1798.
