Mobile Ticket - Last Minute - Montreal Canadiens

If you make a purchase after office hours, no worries! One of our representatives will contact you as soon as our verification is done and send your mobile tickets by text message to your mobile device.

When purchasing, it is very important to provide us with your billing phone number (home) as well as your cell phone number to facilitate our verification and that we can reach you quickly.

What is a mobile ticket?

The difference between a mobile ticket and a traditional ticket is that the mobile ticket is sent to you by text message and must be presented on your cell phone when you enter the door. Each ticket has a unique QR code (square bar code). A ticket is equivalent to 1 multimedia file. So if you buy 4 tickets, you will receive 4 multimedia files on your mobile phone by text message.

When the delivery option is called Mobile Tickets and your transaction is complete, you will receive an email confirmation of purchase. If you have not received our email, please check your unwanted emails (Spam, Spam).

At the time of your purchase, if you have entered the name, address and exact phone number of the billing address of the credit card holder, there is no need to follow our email.

* However, if the billing information is inaccurate, please notify one of our customer service representatives as soon as possible at 514-245-5387.

Fraud prevention

Following your purchase, a member of our team will verify your information with the bank that issued your card. This procedure was put in place to counter fraudulent purchases and identity theft. The time required for verification may vary by bank institution.

Once we have completed our verification, a customer service representative will contact you by phone and send your tickets to the cell phone number provided during your purchase process.

Note that once your tickets are sent, no exchange or refund will be granted.

Receipt of your mobile tickets

In order to receive your mobile tickets, it is important to open your internet data (Lte, 3G, 4G, Data) on your mobile device. The connection to the Wifi network is unfortunately not sufficient to receive mobile tickets.

* It is important to know that a mobile ticket is not an electronic ticket and that the rooms are entitled to refuse a printed ticket and not presented on your mobile phone.

When you arrive at the door, it is important to be ready with your mobile tickets in hand.
